At the end of your 12-month campaign – we compare the results from the 1st rollout of the survey to the 2nd rollout – to see where the needle has moved and where the focus should be as we plan for your next annual campaign. We have also provided you with a sample communication that would go to the employee to introduce the campaign asset they are receiving.
